  • Your order will be processed timely after the payment verification through Paypal. ( 2 days Max) A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
  • We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
  • All our products are Free Shipping within USA Note: Free Shipping is not available for the following areas or addresses: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES.
  • What Does Free Shipping include? Include the shipment from our warehouse to the address indicated within the USA. Don´t include local tax or any other importation fees. If your shipment address is within USA territory you have right to receive import products until 2500$ Tax-Free.

  • Your order will arrive between 15 – 20 days. (Working days)
  • Transit time may vary particularly during the holidays and Weekends.


  • We always check every item before shipment to avoid defective or incorrect items. So after receipt of the goods, please check it carefully.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask to replace the item.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items.
  • The buyer must contact us within 3 days after receipt if you wish to exchange it.
  •  The buyer must ensure that the returned items are in their original condition. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damages or losses, and we will not give you a full refund.
  • The buyer must try to present a claim to the logistics company to recover the cost of damages or losses.


Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Paypal Wallet.
